At Mirror, we are looking for an Account Manager who will manage relationships with clients in the projects they will be responsible for. You will be the client’s main point of reference, ensuring that the delivered output matches quality standards, shared deadlines and project specifications.
You will plan activities along with other internal stakeholders, and lead the project anticipating any possible issues. You will monitor the budget and the timely delivery of the project.
You will nurture the relationship with the client, developing a trustful partnership in a proactive manner, analyzing the client’s needs to design new project proposals while coordinating the different stakeholders in the process.
It is a demanding but very rewarding role. The successful outcome of a project and the relationship with a client depends on your ability to anticipate their needs, translate their desires into tangible goals, and seize opportunities for new proposals.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with clients
- Collect briefs and report them internally
- Ensure that the output matches the client’s brief
- Have a proactive approach to resolving critical issues
- Anticipate the needs and difficulties of a project
- Create and update project documentation (gantt, excel)
- Organize the work of the team through task management/time tracking tools
- Monitor the team effort, deadlines, and budget
- Coordinate with the PMO for resource allocation
- Create and cultivate the relationship with the client
- Manage the team, removing blockers and providing suggestions, advice, support, and feedback to achieve goals
- Relate to all management figures by deepening plans and strategies
What we require:
- 2+ years of experience in the role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience in a dynamic, creative, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in supervising and leading a team
- Excellent writing and presentation skills with focus on creative and technological solutions
- A passion for the latest technologies and trends
- Ability to understand, analyze and communicate customer feedback to the team
- Knowledge and experience in creating digital creative projects
- Excellent ability to create presentation documents through tools such as Drive Presentations, Keynote)
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Good knowledge of the Drive suite
- Familiarity with Project Management tools
- English speaking and writing skills (B2)
