At Mirror, we are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team and manage relationships with clients on the projects they will be responsible for.

As part of our team, you will work closely with senior project managers and department managers to define project timelines and ensure the best possible output. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. The successful outcome of a project or a continuous working relationship with a client depends on your ability to anticipate their needs, translate their desires into tangible goals, and seize opportunities for new proposals.

Your responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships
  • Collect and report briefs internally
  • Ensure consistency between client briefs and project outcomes
  • Proactively resolve critical issues
  • Anticipate project needs and difficulties
  • Create functional documents for project management (e.g. Gantt charts, Excel sheets)
  • Organize the internal team's work through time tracking systems
  • Estimate productive effort related to work with support from other team members
  • Coordinate with COO for time and resource allocation
  • Supervise project timing and budget
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Keep the entire team aligned on project evolution and act as glue with suggestions, advice, support, and feedback to achieve goals
  • Support the team and regularly communicate feedback on project progress, keeping all involved resources aligned
  • Communicate with management figures to gain a deeper understanding of plans and strategies.
What we require:
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working in a dynamic, creative, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work autonomously and supervise open streams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain creative or technological concepts
  • Passion for digital and creative projects, and staying up-to-date with latest technologies and trends
  • Ability to understand and communicate customer feedback to the team
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge and experience in creating digital creative projects
  • Excellent ability to create and present documents using company tools (e.g. Google Drive, Keynote)
  • Ability to present proposals in public

What we require:

  • Excellent oral and written expression skills to explain creative or technological concepts
