- Company Analysis and DNA
- Ability to conduct market research to understand industry dynamics, identify opportunities and threats, provide data-driven recommendations, and define the company's tone of voice.
- Proficiency in utilizing both traditional and innovative tools for market research.
- Willingness to collaborate in evolving and optimizing frameworks for market analysis.
- Target Analysis and Benchmarking
- Operational leadership in researching and understanding current and potential target audiences in relation to project briefs and objectives.
- Analytical skills to assess past brand and competitor activities.
- Territory Definition for Creative Concept
- Utilization of trend forecasting tools and analyses to identify narrative territories for creative ideation.
- Collaborative work with the Head of Strategy and Creative Team to define creative concepts.
- Strategy & Touchpoint Activation
- Selection of touchpoints based on target audience and objectives, and provision of strategic activation phases with KPI projections.
- Collaboration with the Design Team in presentation deck production and alignment with the Creative Team on strategic planning until project delivery.
- Results Analysis
- Support in implementing performance monitoring systems and constant analysis of campaign results to provide insights to the project account.
- Flexibility to adapt and optimize strategies based on collected data to maximize impact.
- Ability to present findings to the public.
- Autonomy in creating strategic presentations.
What we require:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, production, and account management teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
